Excellent Service from a Government Department

How often lately have you been amazed by the service provided by any individual, either in a government or front-line service provider? Not often, I'm sure. Well, I was blown away by the employees at the Ipeleng Traffic Department. From the car guard to the young lady at the door of the licensing department, directing people to the correct line, the gentleman who assisted me with fingerprints, and even the security guard, were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. You actually felt like they wanted to help you, not like at other establishments where you were made to feel like you were interrupting their day. Well done Ipeleng Traffic Department-Mabopane. Please show the other departments what true customer service is all about.
