At least not have to take time off twice to pay then write, time, petrol, economy hello? The rooms are not even filled to capacity. Why have an online booking system when you can't even book in advance where both parties involved can have their ducks in a row. Have less testing places and select a few days to focus on the test, but make the days and stations you have chosen work effectively. The staff know what to do when you get there, dont expect much of a smile though, they are slaves to a system just as much as you and I and I'm pretty sure they are more intelligent than the people who thought implementing this system was a good idea.
