Embarrassed, disgraced

<p>I am utterly disgraced at the experience I just had at the westonaria licence department.... I had arrived at around half 9 and waited patiently in the queue which I was expecting and had no issue with it ..... after a 1 and a half hour lunch the queue was finally moving for licences to be processed, firstly I was racially abused in the office while waiting for my licence to be processed by a person standing in the queue needless to say I just wanted to be processed and leave only to find out that and I quote "you have a problem with fingerprints" I waited another half an hour for them to take me to the back and not retake any fingerprints so when I got back to the front I kindly asked for an explanation as to what was going on the 2 ladies and the man who was sitting there laughed at me and spoke in a language I do not understand I was really disgusted at the level of unprofessionalism as this was not a joke to me I took half a day off from work and I was now late to go back which meant I would loose out on a days work while these fools laugh at question that was not at all funny ... I do believe after waiting for almost 4 hours the least they could do was be professional and answer a simple question ... instead they took me again to the back but this time treated me like I was a ******** and blamed me for a finger print error which was made 5 years ago and was beyond my control... I am a 27 year old female barely 5 ft tall and this man and his colleagues were literally screaming at me as if though I committed a crime ... I felt unsafe and petrified in the situation ... whose to blame for an error at the department made 5 years ago and why was I treated like a ******** .... and their abuse carried on up until the time I left ... highly embarrassed and disgraced at the level of incompetence at these departments ... who do I complain to ... or will it always just fall on deaf ears</p>
