EDENVALE TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST

I have been trying to get my renewed driver's license from the Edenvale DLTC for MONTHS now. All the numbers that I have found online say "the number does not exist". I renewed my DL in AUGUST 2021 and was told it would take 6 weeks. It has now been over 6 MONTHS and I have not received an SMS for collection nor can I call to check if it is ready. Please get back to me as a matter of URGENCY as I cannot do my job without a valid DL.
