Durban Motor Licensing Dept. pleasant experience.

I was quite impressed yesterday 09/09/2020 with the Durban Motor Licensing Dept. on Percy Osborn Road, Umgeni. Yes, I waited in line for 3 hours, even though I was there before 07:00am, but the Covid-19 protocols in place is what made things take longer than usual. But I am impressed with the way the Covid-19 protocols were implemented. The security company (I think it's Silindzeni security but could be mistaken), worked efficiently and quite well to ensure all covid-19 measures were being adhered to. And the security guards were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The actual staff at the licensing department were also extremely helpful and friendly. All in all, besides for the waiting time, it was a pleasant experience considering.... Well done guys!
