Drivers License applications

When applying for your Drivers License Renewal their system apparently can't pick-up your fingerprints. The person entering your data on the system then use their own fingerprints, these prints then does not match your original prints ending up with you being blocked on the system due to a mismatch. Your license is not renewed and every 6 months you must apply for a temporary license.
