Driver's licence renewal issue

My driver's licence expired on the 19th of October. I tired to go to the licence department in Alberton and wadeville the securities sent me back to book online but ever since I've bern trying to book online the page doesn't connect.

What am i supposed to do now because i really tried to apply but with no luck? What do i do now because even people from driving school also want some money in order to make a simple appointment with the licence department...
