Driver's Licence

On the 4th of September 2017 I re-app**** to renew my driver's licence because the first time I went there to renew my licence, which was on the 02nd of March 2017, the guy who assisted me only did a temporary licence hence I did not get my card. Since my temporary expired on the 03rd of September 2017 (6 months period), I went to re- apply on the 05th of September 2017. I was told by the same guy who assisted me the first time to come back after 3 weeks to pick up my licence. Please take note that because my temporary licence had expired on the 03rd of September 2017, I have been driving without a licence to date. I went to the department on the 09th of October 2017 to pick up my licence but to my surprise 3 weeks had gone by & there was still no licence!! I was advised to check on Friday, 13 October 2017. On Wednesday 11 October 2017 I received an sms stating that my driving licence is ready for collection. Today, 26 October 2017 I am from the department and there still is no licence because "it shows on their system" that my application was only processed on the 03rd of October 2017 which is a month after I had completed my 2nd application!!! I AM VERY ****ED AND SOMEBODY BETTER EXPLAIN!!
