Don't care attitude, and think they own government departments

I've was at the traffic department waltloo licensing department. Stood in que for change of ownership and advised consultant that I've got a medical condition where i cannot sit and prefer standing. I was advised that if i cannot not sit on the bench i must leave because i will not be assisted. Time 13:15 that is the time i was at the license department. Could not get her name but was advised that she is the supervisor on the side of the cashiers, cubicle 4 upstairs on this date 23/09/2019
