DLTC

Carltonville and westonaria Licensing department with rude employees! And poor service. I booked my learners license and when confirming the booking at westonaria DLTC they advised that the eye test closes at 12 and i should "wait and see" if someone would assist. I sat there for 2 hours watching as they pass me by only for someone to tell me that the system is offline and that they close the DLTC at 3pm and I had to leave and come back the next day.

Booking at Carltonville, To find out the eye test machine isnt working and when I got a report from the optometrist going back to Carltonville DLTC they advised they need proof of residence where as no other station has asked for it neither does it state that in the requirements after booking.

I suggest you relook and analys the systems you have in place because it's not working for me!
