Randburg vehicle drivers licence card renewal. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for 2 months online with no success. Today I drove to the Randburg license card renewal centre to ask what I can do to renew my card. I was told that you can only book on a Tuesday at 8am for about 15 minutes as all slots are normally allocated in 15 minutes. I stated I have not been successful tand my license is expiring soon. The lady that assisted said where have you been for the last 5 years. It is your problem if your license expires. I must say well done to government for making it basically impossible to renew your license card. Why do we have to beg to get service. How many bribes is being paid to get this done. From phones that dont get picked up to being sent from poilar to post. I am speechless.
