DISSAPOINTED

The South African Licensing Department is becoming ridiculous as there is a huge backlog of Licenses which have not been issued due to the only machine which can make them has been broken for quite a few months and it seems like nothing is getting done about it as I do not believe the right government officials are getting bribed enough money for them to accept a new machine. ******* SOUTH AFRICAN GOVERNMENT
