Disgusting service from Motherwell DLTC

I made an online booking for the 30April2022 for Motherwell DLTC. I got there 50 minutes before the time. They delayed with eye test until my class started. So they said I will have to book for another date but the system would not give a date, they will call me. My initial class was for 13H30. I made a payment at the cashier at 14H20...and left. I waited for the call since. On the 1 June I called and spoke to Siphiwe Jaj, asked for my ID and I explained the reason for my call, he said he will call back. No call received!!! I call again today 02 June, the lady at the inquiries says Boss is not there and not sure when he is coming back. I called 4 times. 5th time she puts me on speaker and sounds very far, I could hear she was now annoyed and was busy with something else while speaking to me. I dropped the line as I was running out of airtime. All I need is clarity and a spot to write my learners test.
