Disgusting service at Brdfordview licensing department

Disgusting service at the bedfordview offices. Received my SMS and called at the office. Major queue of people and only one counter open. After 2 hours arrived at the window and was told by a very unfriendly staff member (who had just returned from a long smoke break) that I need a copy of my identity- so why send the SMS!
