DISGUSTING, ******, LAZY SECURITY AND STAFF

My cousin rushed all the way from Rosebank after taking a half day from work to renew her drivers licence. I drove her and we got to the entrance of the licence department at 14H45. Their business hours are from 8H00-15H00. The security at the gate refused us to enter as they said it was "chaila time" I showed them the time saying there is still 15 mins of work time left and they said they were instructed to close the gates from 13H00 because they were too full. I requested them to call the manager or someone senior to advise me as to why we weren't allowed inside because working hours never gets shortened by the amount of work that needs to be done. While waiting for someone to arrive and explain to me, about 10 different black individuals were allowed in to do various different things at the department. I immediately questioned why they were allowed in and not me and the response was that they know them or they doing something that's quick which is utter ******* because a few people came with forms to renew licence or apply for pdp. A bystander questioned their reason for not allowing us entry and the response was " umuntu wadilela", because I asked if it was that I'm not black. All 3 guards told me to phone the numbers on the door and complain as that is as far as I will get. They refused to call any management down to address the issue. I called all the numbers listed on the door numerous times with no answer from any of them, which they laughed at. I am livid and disgusted in the treatment we received. I don't know when my cousin will be able to leave work early again to renew her licence, this now will affect her driving to work and back as she could get tickets or get locked up for being on the road *******ly.
