Disgusting

Was told the system was offline when I showed up an hour early to my appointment, as they ask of you online, only to come back again and be told by a different staff member that the system was never offline but now they are closed (before 2pm) but in attempt of a bribe I can make another appointment for tomorrow 9:30 because now I’ve missed my appointment.
