Disgusting

<p>Honestly. The Xavier Junction Licensing Department have been offline for nearly 5 weeks. And the staff are pathetic and rude. They just sit there and when you ask them a question they can barely answer you. They are saying they don't have a technician to fix their systems, I think it's a load of horse****. They're just too lazy to get off their asses and phone for technicians to go fix it. Someone needs to go out and fix their systems and teach the staff some manners while they're at it. </p>
