Disgrace Camperdown Licence Department

I have been calling from the 2 of Jan to find out if my Drivers has Arrived. I went and Renewed it in October as it was expiring on the 25 Nov. Every time i have called they transfer me and the call gets Cut. I must have called over 100 time now and same thing. When you ask for a manager they either say they are sorry the manager is busy and wont take your call. When i called today i was told i must come in and see for my self if my card is there. I asked once again for the manager to be told we dont have managers working so no one can help me. The lady is Spoke to was Mpume and was unhelpful at all. I am really tired of getting the run around now and i want answers. This is the CamperDown Licence Department. Is there anyone who can assit in this matter
