Disappeared License

<p>I app**** for a new license at Thembisile Hani Municipality Licensing Authority in Mpumalanga on 10/11/2016. On 22/12/2016, exactly 6 weeks after, I went to collect my card. Upon arrival, the person who served me told me that 'people from my driving school' had collected the license on my behalf. I explained that I had not done the application through any driving school because it was a renewal but they insisted that the system was showing that I had collected my license. I asked for the document that shows that I signed for it, they said they could not find it but will look for it only after new year. I still have my teporary license and unfortunately it will expire soon while someone is out there using my license and even getting tickets....serve for the worst!</p>
