*******ion at the Vehicle Testing Stations.

On the 22nd of May 2019, i took my nephew to Langlaagte testing station for him to write his learners licence test. I was appalled by the rudeness displayed by the officer in the green roof building. He was totally rude from start to end calling my nephew stupid and too forward, we didnt know why he behaved in such a manner. My nephew wrote the test and was requested to leave the computer room before he could finish and was also told not to press 'end test' at the end of his test. From the he was rudely sent to the main building waiting room, where he waited for almost the whole day without being attended to. I eventually pleaded with the security officers to allow me in so as to see what was happening. All the people he wrote with were attended to, even those that came after him, as he wrote the 8h00 test. We were finally assisted by the enquiries desk people who sent us to the first floor were we spoke to Ayanda or Sthembile, and we were given a computer print out that was equally strange as it showed that he wrote at 9h00 and no reference of his name or booking ref, which also said he failed, and that the test was pending. I took it upon myself to google pending and it meant the test was not finished, not by his fault but by the invigilator's fault because he stopped him whilst he was writing and told him not to press finish test. I hope thi matter is given the serious consideration it deserves.
