Copy of Registration document

I have submitted request for copy of Natis end of February in Douglas Northern Cape it is now almost 4 months, still no answer when I can get the copy of my Natis document. In the Western Cape you get it immediately, why can't all the provinces be so organized like the Western Cape? Their roads are wonderful to drive and been kept maintained but here in the Northern Cape, you must actually ask what roads?
