Complaint

I went to Rosslyn licensing dept in April 2018, to strip a car off the road and I was assisted by Jabu, he told me that I have to pay certain amount for my car to be stripped so I paid that amount and I was rest assured that the car will be cleared off my name. So now in 2020 August I went to post office to pay for my car's licence disc and I was told that I have to pay R1491 for the car that I stripped in 2018, so I went to Rosslyn lisencing department on the 31/08/2020 to find out what happened and I found the very same person who assisted me to strip the car (Ford Bantam), and he told me that there was a fault with the system and he told me some stories that I have to apply for a car certificate which will take 10 days, and I have to pay the balance on the car in order to strip the car off my name, now I am unable to pay a disc for the car that I am driving because of someone's incompetence or greediness, I asked to speak to the supervisor to him of my story but they said he won't assist me, I need to pay that amount of R1491 so that the car can be st********** my name, so I had to borrow money from somewhere to pay that amount so that I can be able to pay for my car's licence disc and to my surprise the car was cleared for me without paying extra money, but with Jabu I had to pay extra money apart from arrears that the car accumulated. This is such a serious inconvenience and I feel I was ****** in broad daylight, I had to run around asking questions, asking to see the supervisor and I was denied that, I am so disappointed to experience such kind of service.
