Goodday... i Need some advice... Yesterday 5/7/2022 i ce been to the lisence department in Vanderbijlpark to do a change of ownership... I met a gentleman who was helping me... He told me i had some outstanding fees yo pay because they had a warrant for my arrest.. They will bring it to half price... I did pay... He charged a additional cost of R700 for my lisence disk... although it was still valid... After a while he said that i still have to pay R1. 600 exstra for cost... He gave me his personal banking details... I went home and thought no... i will not... This morning he and a friend came to my house and said he will s**** my car from the road if i do not pay the amount of R1. 600..and that he was in trouble at work.... I was scared because he was at my door... He know where i stay... what must i do...
