Centurion licensing dep.

I have wrote and passed my learners test and as I went to pay, someone called me and took me into their office to tell me that I have **** and have not passed my test when the computer clearly said that I have PASSED. This is the second time I have been there and they cease to disappoint time and time again. Please help because they have clearly stole from me because I have to pay for an appointment again! I have never been so irritably angry and disappointed with any service ever.
