Bumped my car and stole my phone

On the 3rd of October I went to drop my friend at Tinties South of JHB. Just after we arrived a drinkerd Man bumped my car. He came out apologising and as i was about to get out to see his damages he quickly came into my car touching my thighs to soften me. I got annoyed n told him I'm somebody else's wife. He got Angry n stole my phone from my thighs and became very bully. He insulted me saying who do I think I am as he is driving a High class Mercedes Benz.
