Boksburg Licensing DEPARTMENT

Boksburg traffic department. Absolute horrible treatment of elderly. They were made to stand for more than 2hours. They were made fun off. They only went to collect their licenses. There were errors on the initial application made by the personnel at the department. The person assisted them said they must sit down and do what they were told as they had to redo their finger prints. There were also no social DISTANCING or hand SANITISER, not even to mention chairs for the elderlry. The person assisted them treated them with no respect,laughed at them and told them to come back in 2 weeks, this was after an initial wait of 8 weeks. They were totally humiliated, this from people that is suppose to provide service to the country.
