Boksburg employee rudely let people in front of me in a que and walked aw y when I as, ked for the reasonhe walked away

Boksburg, *** service. I was taken from the front of the que to the back because there were people in a group who had to be squezzed at the front. And when I asked why am I being taken to the back of the que again the guy just walked away. Went to report to one of his colleagues and I was told I'm reporting to the wrong person. I finished my test at 11am,its 11:51 now and I'm still waiting
