Biker license testing procedures

Just today my wife went for the third time in order to get her biker riding license. She has a car licence for many years already. The 1st time she was failed for stopping 30 cm to far away from the cross (how many times do we see traffic officials not even stopping close to the stop line at a junction). The second time she was failed for doing the passing maneuver at 35 km/h instead of 25 km/h. The 3rd time she was failed for touching the yellow line right at the start of the test. We are talking about small margins as reasons for her failing the test. Now, i am a biker with 42 years of experience of safe, responsible, considerate to other road users and good riding, always within the law and rules of the road. When I went for my bike license, at age 18 many years ago, real s****s were tested like doing a figure 8 and many other difficult maneuvers, something which is not done anymore. i personally taught my wife how to drive safely, how to put the bike in the right position all the time on the road, how to pass safely, to be a very good and safe rider in general. And i saw she became a really good and safe rider of her bike. She has become in 10 months an accomplished rider. I do understand that the traffic officials at Bellville Traffic center have rules and things which they consider as important. Personally i believe they are missing the point and it is all a nonsense and ****. The traffic department must really look into themselves and start thinking about what they are busy with. Their test does not work in terms of safe riding, testing real s****s you need out there on public roads and saving lives, etc. i have seen one of the learners test questions which the right answer is such a ridiculous unsafe thing to do, but if you give the right and safe answer it will be marked incorrectly. It is clear there is something really wrong with this picture. Why don't you as officials take the time and see how the rider is doing on the real road, with real traffic, with real situations and thus the real thing in order to see whether a rider is good enough and do qualify for a bike license. The test at the center is really not what biking is all about, in fact it is a totally nonsense affair. if you took my wife out on the road you might have founded she is a better and safer rider than most of your officials. The sentiment amongst normal people, like me, about these test centers that it is all about making money seems to be very much the truth and i have no reason to believe otherwise than looking at the facts as mentioned in this report. This really needs to be changed and looked into. The traffic centers must get real. There is a real world out there instead of your unrealistic testing track and rules.
