Benoni License Department USELESS!!

Benoni License Department is absolutely pathetic.

I waited in the que for and hour and a half due to loadshedding as they can't work when the power is off (apparently).

I then completed all the necessary documentation and was sent to wait in the que at the cashiers. Here I spend another hour waiting to pay just for them to tell me my documentation is incorrect.

They just wasted 3 hours of my day where the first person who helped could have told me that my documentation is incorrect. Absolutely useless!

Needless to say that I can't fix my documentation as the Benoni Home Affairs have closed down, PERMANENTLY! A whole home affairs, where in your life!
