Bedfordview Drivers License Department

I went to renew my drivers license at the Bedfordview License department and was told to wait 8 weeks for it as per the norm. On the the 7th of June I was told my finger prints didnt register and they not sure what causes this proble. I had to retake a photo and finger prints was taken again.. on the 8 July I was told its still not ready and I they can't tell me when I will get my drivers license.. Please can someone from your offices investigate this matter
