Bad service. Bad attitude. A messy place.

<p>An attendant name XH Buthelezi working at the Marlboro licensing department was extremely rude & unhelpful. She has no patience & treated us really badly. The department here is badly run & very disorganized. One would expect better service from a government organization. </p>
