Bad service at Kempton Park Licence department

Phone calls are not answered or are incorrect on the web page You cannot contact them in any way by phone. No call center can help me with the correct number. I want to know if my Renewal of my Drivers licence is ready. They tell me to visit the branch Kempton Park. do I drive there every week , stand in the queue for hours just to tell me it is not ready yet. I app**** in November 2018 and was told I will get a sms in January 2019. The service is extremely bad in that branch.
