Bad Service and Poorer Attitude!

<p>I submitted all the required documents to deregister my vehicle at the Licensing Department in KEMPTON PARK on the 24th May 2016, as my vehicle was ******. I was informed that it takes 21 working days for the name change and deregistration ...it is now 29 working days (I have gone back and forth to them to follow up three time a week). I followed up again today and to my shock my documents were rejected because someone at the licensing department did not complete a form that should have been submitted with the rest of my documents ...the documents will hopefully be resubmitted next week and then it should take a further 21 days for deregistration AGAIN! It's unbelievable that this is the service one gets and when you go there to follow up they tell you to wait and that the 'Help Desk'to where your documents are sent to has no address or telephone number!!!</p>
