Bad service and movked by lady doing eye test

In december i went to renew my licence card. The lady doing eye test mocked me after taking my photo digitally. Asked me to push chair forward...she said closer closer closer closer. Mocked me. These licencing department workers have bad attitudes. Our country is going down. Majority of workers are black and their attitudes stink. If you smile its a sin. Not ****** at all coz even another black lady told me they are so rude. Wish they could have more of a helpful attitude and have manners. Pulled up faces like they work for no pay. Terrible ......they need to treat people exactly jow they would like to be treated.
