Bad service and attitude from clerk

To Whom it may concern: My wife was at the license department in Boskburg Resevior street and the clerk by the name of Jeffery next to the cashier counter was extremely rude to her and acted like his the boss of the place and spoke to my wife as if she was dirt. Your department does not need such staff there representing the department in such a way, he should be disciplined and dismissed as he is putting the image of the department into disrepute. I hope someone senior sees the message and acts upon it or else I will contact the Boksburg Advertiser and add his photo to shame him even further.
