Bad service

Rustenburg license department is by far the worst in the country... We've been stuck on the queue since 0730 am. It's now 1200pm. The elderly have been standing out in the sun for more than 4 hours, no chairs even offered... They are taking money from people to skip the queue.. It is such a disgrace to a point that when we complain they are telling us that it's pointless to complain... Something needs to be done. My rating is actually way below zero
