Bad Service

I have a complaint regarding the manager in Room 3 and the security staff that were there this morning.<br> <br> My problem is my son was scheduled to write today (10 December 2015) for his learners and he was at your venue at 07h30 with his grandfather. They stood in a queue and no one came to ask if was anyone going to be writing the exam. He was in a queue until after 8am. When they started to ask, the security told them that he came and asked who are the people that are there to write and he was telling lies. NO ONE CAME TO ASK. <br> <br> They went to the manger that is in Room 3 to address the issue and he did not assist with the problem.<br> <br> There was a lady who saw him and she confirmed that my son Mr. Samkelo Ndaba (ID NO: ***) has been standing in a queue since before 8am but she said, she was not aware that he was here to write the test.<br> <br> Could your staff kindly look into addressing this, as a matter of urgency as we have wasted resources (time, money and energy) in spite of correct planning from our side?<br> <br> This has been an appalling experience for us as customers!<br>
