bad service

went to enquire about my license after almost 5 months after being called back to do my finger prints again. And the service this morning was really bad they are really ****** and very rude. And it is not nice being nice to them after they treat you really bad and makes you feel belittled. Please do something about the ****** guy working in the collection department.
