Bad service

I work as a driver so on the 24 April 2019 i went to Mogale City Licensing department to renew my PrDP, i got there and did everything went well until i went to the cashier to pay only to find that they only accept card payments and i didnt have money in my account. So i had to go back home to make a plàn to get money deposited into my account, on my way back I deposited money for fingerprints at the Absa Krugersdorp branch. I went back again the following day 25 April 2019 to make the payment I was told that I must come back after 4 to 6 weeks to collect my card. On Tuesday 25 June 2019 9 weeks later went back to collect my card. I was told that I did not pay for fingerprints, it was written on the results paper that it's still awaiting payments. I told the lady that I made the payment on the 24th of April she went and searched for my file and indeed find that I indeed paid, so she said she is now ordering my card. She offered to do a temporary licence but unfortunately I didn't have ID photos with me. 2 days later on the 27 June 2019 i went back now to apply for a temporary licence and again i was told that my license was not ordered so I will not be able to even get that temporary licence. I am again told to come back the following day. I spend R146 travelling there that includes taxify that I have to request as the center is outside town and public transport is a problem. So far I have travelled to the place 4 times so far and still gonna travel 2 times, 1 to go back to find out exactly what's happening with my application and apply for a temporary licence, 2 to collect the card. I'm discarded by the service I received from that place and to find someone who will simple say come back tomorrow as if going there doesn't cost a cent to travel. So far I have spent R584 in travel costs and still gonna pay R292 travelling and R72 for temporary that I was trying to avoid from the start. This is the worst and unprofessional service I have ever received.
