Bad service

Although most of the staff were very friendly and helpful and tried to keep things flowing. Payment was dead slow and after an hour and a half standing in a line that after a long wait did not adhere to Covid protocol not because they didnt want to but out of tiredness and frustration. The security was rude and we received almost no help or answers to as why we where not served. Government staff are there because we pay taxes and there salaries are paid by those taxes, even security! Government staff should treat SA citizens with respect as we are the ones keeping them employed!!!
