Bad experience of service

What a fustrazion of waiting for a drivers licence the whole year it is now my duty to call n ask whats happening and all m getting is its not ready they have a backlog of which it's not true m not sure what kinda service is this m so so disappointed and angry of this poor poor service thats happening
