bad customer experience

<p>Hi, im really disappointed by the customer service in this department. </p> <p>I went today in Lisencing department in Centurion to collect my TRN (Traffic registration number) after taking leave from my work place. I live in pretoria, i took the gautrain to go there and find out that the lady working in the TRN department was sick and NOBODY could assist, the lady advised me to come on thursday. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable, i asked to speak to the manager and an afrikaans lady came out advising that she has 5 employees who are sick today so she could not assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spent R100 for transportation to go there. This is unacceptable!!</p> <p>I lost 2 hours of work for nothing and i dont know if my boss will give me 2 other hours to go back there. I have lost R100 today in transportation for NOTHING.</p> <p> </p> <p>why can't then send my ready TRN to Licensing in Watloo here in Pretoria?</p> <p>This is bad customer service! </p>
