Attitudes and Refusal of Service

After taking leave off of work, only to be refused at the door because they \have reached their number for the day""; leave; and petrol;they had no interest in helping or answering the questions I had. You surely cannot be turning people away from the door before the stated times (9 - 4) and there's no need to be excessively rude and uninterested in what you get PAID to do!! Highly unimpressed. Went to the Marlboro Department and the exact same thing!! Unbelievable """
