Appointments cancelled - Test Officer unavailable

A friend of mine, made an appointment for his drivers licence on 15 October 2015 at eMalahleni traffic licencing department, Kriel, for Wednesday 28 October 2015. On Tuesday 27 October at 08:00 a lady named Rochelle phoned and informed my friend, Jacques, that the test officer has to go to court on Wednesday and that the appointment is cancelled. He has to write a letter to claim the money he paid for the appointment, back. <br> Sorry that his learner licence expires on the 31st of October 2015. He has to just redo his learners. She even said that it not their problem if he did not come for his drivers licence earlier.<br> It is for sure not his fault that the Licencing Office at Kriel can not organise someone to do the tests. <br> Their poor organisation and Jacques has to apply in writing to get his moneys back.
