Alberton DLTC IS APPALLINGLY ***********!!!

I app**** to renew my licence last year, May 2022, and I have not received my licence. Every time I come to Alberton Licensing Department, I'm told that it has not been "produced" and I'm sent to stand in a long ass queue to speak to someone who never knows the status of my licence. Fourth time I'm coming here today and they make me repeat the process: stand in queues, take fingerprints, capture my image, told to come back after six weeks.

It's over a year now and I still don't have my licence. The most frustrating part is that on one seems to know what's going on. ***********, Appalling. Just like the government.
