Akasia Licensing Department

There are always issues when entering one of these licensing departments, You can expect at least 4-5 people asking you for 'photos' when you get out of your car and make your way to the center. With police cars right next to you 👀 It is so difficult to renew, book, or get any licensing documents unless you pay the upfront KFC 🍗 fee outside.

The employees are extremely rude and *******, always eating and having a tea party with friends. They would much rather prefer you slide some extra towards them to get any assistance at all. Oh yes.. please remember to take a pen, take copies of your ID, take photos, take everything... But do not take any documents they give on their website. THEY DON'T USE THEM ANYWAY!!! You can book for learners, and get to the center then pay but they don't even know what you're writing or how much you need to pay because they don't look at their own documents. If you have visual impairments there's a slight chance it will ever make it on the card itself 🤫. Never ever make a mistake on that useless website of theirs, you will not be able to fix it!!!!

I would give it something lower than 1 star🔥, but how would anyone know then?
