Ado at Brits licensing department

My fellow people, what I’ve seen here at Brits licensing department is beyond worse. Got here at 13:00, the lady called Ado who does change of address went out to get “food”. Only she got back at 14:00 from “getting food”, then gone to eat for another hour and 30-minutes. Only coming back to work at 15:30. This is bad, then she comes back with attitude. How does one seem to define “Public servants” in this instance? Other departments are doing their work with dedication as one notices people getting in and out with ease but her function is still “having lunch”.

Much as one hates to publish these but it’s worse. I believe she has to be assisted or be moved to another department.
