Communication - zero Customer service - zero Processes - zero Procedures - zero You are viewed as an intruder, treated as an inconvenience and asking questions just annoys those working there. If they’re not on their phones, they’re everywhere else but at the counters assisting people. The photo copying machine doesn’t work, they’re otherwise occupied and you’re at their mercy. When someone Whos friendly and known to them comes in, they are seen to first. Reception and the people at the counters are not on the same page. Privatise the licensing centre and incentivise people accordingly otherwise nothing will change.
