Drastically bad service

They never answer phone calls.

When I was there I actually saw them look at the phone while it rang. I then rang it myself from my cellphone and they just looked at it while it rang. They don't answer phones. The phones are just there for decoration.

Deliberate bad service. Disgusting!!!
