Licensing

I app**** for a PDP on 17 May 2023 and was told to come back after 2 weeks to do my temporary license as my fingerprints would have cleared although it only takes 48 hours for fingerprints to clear as per afiswitch. I came back after 2 weeks and the lady asked me to just write down my details on some book and come back later, when I came back later she said no I mean NEXT WEEK!!! how pathetic is that? I then went there again today and was told to come back next week on any day without any explanation to the delay on fingerprints. I stay far from this place and I depend on this pdp as my work revolves on having a pdp, I'm now stuck at home not working because license dept in Port shepstone does not want to work and do not respect clients.
